Among other tasks, you will be responsible for: * Responding to our customers’ inquiries. * Explaining information in a simple and understandable way. * Following up on pending requests. * Helping resolve incidents. * Coordinating certain matters with other colleagues. * Keeping relevant information updated for each case. * Identifying needs and proposing appropriate solutions. * Representing the company with consistently professional communication.
