We are seeking personnel to perform cleaning duties at an industrial company in Pravia, Asturias. Tasks include cleaning production areas, restrooms, kitchens, and offices, following hygiene and disinfection protocols. Work takes place in a dynamic environment where order is essential for everyone's safety. Working hours are eight hours per day, Monday through Friday, starting between 5:00 and 5:30 a.m. Every two weeks, there is the possibility of working on Saturday and Sunday, with compensatory days off on the following Friday, Monday, and Tuesday. This rotation balances the workload. A stable contract is offered under the terms of the Chemical Industry Collective Agreement, professional group. Prior experience in similar roles and availability to commute using one's own vehicle are valued. Responsibility, punctuality, autonomy, and good physical condition are required. No specific formal training is required, but commitment to quality is essential. Minimum one year of experience in similar industrial or commercial cleaning functions. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for commuting to the workplace in Pravia. Demonstrable knowledge of cleaning techniques and handling of basic chemical products. Formal education is not required, but a responsible attitude and attention to detail are essential. Availability to work morning shifts, with the possibility of weekend work every fifteen days.
