We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join an international company specializing in the design and manufacturing of structures for the photovoltaic sector. The selected candidate will join the Product Engineering team to participate in developing the company’s first solar tracking system (solar tracker), collaborating from the conceptual design phase through to technical validation of foundation solutions and their performance on various soil types. This is an opportunity to contribute to a strategic project with a strong emphasis on innovation and technological development. Design and calculation of foundations for solar trackers. Key Responsibilities: \- Participate in the design and development of a new solar tracker system \- Define and calculate foundation solutions for the system based on geotechnical conditions \- Analyze geotechnical reports and evaluate foundation performance across different soil types \- Collaborate with the mechanical engineering team in product development and optimization \- Perform structural calculations and validate the performance of proposed solutions \- Prepare technical documentation and calculation reports \- Participate in design validation and continuous improvement during product development phases \- Provide technical support to internal teams regarding foundations and structural behavior of the system ### **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent \- Experience in civil engineering aspects of solar tracker design or in developing foundation solutions for such systems \- Solid knowledge of geotechnics, soil mechanics, and foundation design \- Prior experience with solar tracker manufacturers or photovoltaic structure providers will be valued \- English proficiency suitable for working in an international environment ### **Offered** Interest in product development and technical innovation.
