The selected candidate will serve as a Technical Analyst, combining solid technical expertise in the platform with the ability to interpret business processes and transform data into actionable insights and visualizations for a major banking-sector client. The project allows remote work. Key responsibilities include: * Participating in the analysis and understanding of the client’s business process. * Configuring and maintaining the Celonis EMS environment. * Designing and developing PQL dashboards and analytics tailored to business needs. * Interpreting data and generating reports with recommendations. * Implementing actions and automations to improve operations. * Ensuring data model quality and process traceability. * Supporting client departments in using the tool. **Requirements** What are we looking for? * Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Celonis EMS. * Essential knowledge of Celonis EMS (Mandatory). * Mastery of the full EMS lifecycle: data ingestion, transformation, modeling, analytics (visualizations), and actions. **Additional Information** What do we offer you? * Permanent contract and full-time schedule * 23 days of vacation * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language skills.
