You will be a key member of the team, leading projects and analyses aimed at maximizing business impact. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Lead data-driven projects with cross-cutting impact on business results. * Define, build, and automate tools and dashboards enabling actionable insights. * Conduct ad\-hoc measurements of business initiatives, identifying incremental impact and generating strategic recommendations. * Share findings and recommendations with operational teams, ensuring they translate into concrete actions. * Influence decision-making and build consensus with key stakeholders. * Create automated reports minimizing manual intervention and optimizing processes. **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience in highly analytical roles, handling large volumes of information from diverse sources to generate actionable conclusions. * Experience in digital companies, working with data across the entire business funnel (from acquisition to profitability). * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL. * Proactivity, ability to synthesize complex information and generate actionable learnings. * Curiosity, communication skills, and experience in change management. * Ability to influence and achieve consensus in multidisciplinary environments.
