We are looking for a hybrid profile bridging business, product, and technology — someone capable of understanding our clients’ challenges, designing solutions, and building functional prototypes using AI and assisted development tools. We are not looking for someone who documents requirements for others to develop. We seek someone who understands the problem, builds an initial functional solution, validates it with users, and evolves it until it delivers real business value. You will participate in innovative projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and actively shaping the evolution of solutions and processes. These will be some of your responsibilities: * Work closely with business areas to identify needs, improvement opportunities, and strategic challenges. * Design and build prototypes, MVPs, and functional solutions using generative AI tools, agents, and assisted development. * Rapidly validate solutions with users and stakeholders, continuously iterating based on received feedback. * Prioritize features and evolve initiatives according to their impact and business value. * Collaborate closely with engineering teams to industrialize and deploy validated solutions into production. * Document and communicate product, business, and solution decisions. * Drive new AI application opportunities across our clients’ processes, products, and operations. You will participate in innovative projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and actively contributing to defining how AI will transform the way our clients work. **What We’re Looking for in You** We’d love to meet you if you have: * Prior experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent functional role, having participated in the full lifecycle of product or solution definition and evolution. * Regular use of AI tools to build real-world solutions, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, agents, or similar tools. * Solid technical knowledge of web applications, APIs, data, and modern development enabling you to autonomously build functional MVPs. * Experience working with users, business areas, and stakeholders, translating complex needs into practical solutions. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative product environments. * Experience in complex sectors such as insurance, banking, or financial services is highly valued. Ability to showcase solutions early and learn through iteration. Business orientation and focus on delivering impact. Excellent communication and ability to engage effectively with both technical and functional profiles.
