Description
We are seeking a person to manage orders and provide customer service in a food industry company. The role involves acting as the liaison between regular customers and the production team, coordinating daily supply via telephone calls. You must ensure information flows accurately, anticipate needs, and adjust production to optimize resources and maintain customer satisfaction.
Daily tasks include receiving and recording orders from supermarkets, butcher shops, and restaurants, both in Excel and in the internal system. You will also make phone calls to confirm orders, handle stock-related incidents, and jointly propose solutions with the production team. Additionally, you will prepare reports and forecasts to plan work using basic calculation tools.
At least one year of experience in administrative or telephone-based customer service roles is required. Proficiency in Excel (filters, basic formulas, data entry) is mandatory, along with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. Initial training and a supportive learning environment are provided. The contract is temporary, covering a replacement until the end of September, with full-time hours (40 hours per week) and a gross monthly salary of 1428.3 euros. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00–14:00 and 15:00–20:00, and Saturdays, 10:30–14:30\. Start date is July 13.
At least one year of experience in administrative or telephone-based customer service positions. Basic Excel skills (filters, simple formulas, data entry). Ability to perform basic calculations and monitor quantities. Strong communication skills and customer orientation. A dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented profile. Non-aggressive commercial orientation is valued.
