




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Administrator for the Finance Department of a lighting rental company, responsible for accounting, treasury, collections, and invoicing. Collaboration in risk management and preparation of tax reports We are looking for an Accounting Administrator to join the Finance Department of a company specializing in renting lighting equipment, located in Fuenlabrada. Main responsibilities include accounting and financial management, supporting the preparation of accounting records and treasury operations. You will also handle collection control, tracking outstanding debts and sending payment reminders to customers. Other duties include issuing sales invoices, generating due dates, and registering purchase invoices with scheduled payments. Additionally, you will collaborate on customer risk management and preparation of reports for tax filing. A long-term temporary contract is offered. Full-time schedule, Monday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 18:00, including one hour for lunch. Immediate start. * Residence near the workplace * Availability for immediate start * Education: Vocational Training Level I or II in Administration * Languages: Spanish. English is recommended (reading and writing). * Knowledge of applications such as A3 and SAGE. * Advanced user-level computer skills, with emphasis on advanced Excel and enterprise management applications * Proficiency in the Spanish General Chart of Accounts (PGC), latest applicable version.
