**Description:** ---------------- We are offering an Accounting Technician position to join the Company's Finance team. Immediate incorporation, temporary contract, full-time and remuneration according to experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Record in the system all information with financial impact within their area of responsibility (accounting entries not involving third parties), verifying that it complies with the Group's standards and procedures. * Perform accounting reconciliations (general ledger accounts including bank accounts), identifying and processing outstanding reconciliation items, aiming to resolve them within the established timeframe. * Generate individual financial statements for companies directly managed by MVC, ensuring that the models comply with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). * Prepare individual accounting reports for assigned companies, guaranteeing compliance with requirements set by official bodies. * Verify and monitor compliance with accounting procedures by different departments of the Company when entering financial data into the system, and provide support in interpreting accounting and financial criteria. * Prepare accounting information related to the Company's tax filings for subsequent submission. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. * Demonstrable specialization in accounting and financial statement analysis. * Proficiency in Office/Excel and SAP (FI). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in construction or real estate development is desirable.
