Reporting to the Quality Manager, your main responsibilities will be: - Preparation and review of technical sheets. - Handling of client and supplier complaints (non-conformities). - Product traceability management. - Labeling review. - Monitoring of HACCP documentation tasks. - IFS/BRC/ISO documentation. - Product documentation and specification management. - Internal audits. Requirements: - Proactive, dynamic, detail-oriented, problem-solving, methodical, autonomous profile with good communication skills.
