This role is part of the maintenance team at the Benicarló plant, one of the most significant facilities globally for fragrance manufacturing. This position is based in Benicarló (on-site). In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance tasks with contractor personnel, as well as performing assigned preventive and corrective tasks yourself, ensuring compliance with applicable safety and quality standards, contributing to improved equipment availability and facility condition. You will also coordinate other members of the internal maintenance team to ensure strong team performance and efficient execution of maintenance work. Your potential is our inspiration. Where You Will Make a Difference: * Responsible for the coordination and repair of rotating equipment. * Ensure scheduled maintenance is performed across all facilities and equipment. * Proactively ensure performance and operating conditions of production equipment. * Guarantee proper operation and operating conditions of the facility. * Operate and ensure the proper functioning of the steam generation systems when requested due to absence of the designated Steam Boiler operator. * Ensure proper order and cleanliness during all maintenance operations, as well as within the different areas of the mechanical workshop. * Coordinate and supervise the work of internal and external mechanics. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during maintenance activities. Adhere to internal environmental, quality, and prevention policies and procedures, and report any accidents or incidents known. * Achieve continuous improvement in matters related to the operation of safety devices. What We Are Looking For: * Intermediate-level vocational training in mechanics. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance environments (chemical or pharmaceutical). * Training in occupational risk prevention (basic 50-hour course). * Previous experience in similar roles.
