Where You’ll Make a Difference * Performing production and maintenance tasks according to the relevant technical instructions, as well as applicable quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards. * Complying with procedures and regulations related to occupational safety, environmental protection, and food safety. * Identifying inefficiencies, determining root causes, and proposing improvement opportunities to optimize management and production processes. * Ensuring and verifying accurate information recording, monitoring and analyzing results to detect deviations and improvement opportunities. * Participating in audits. * Carrying out all tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor to ensure smooth workflow execution. * Carrying out all the above while adhering to the company’s values, principles, and culture. What We’re Looking For in You * Medium or higher vocational education or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial production environments. * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly. * Proactive approach to problem-solving. * Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability. * Availability to work rotating shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
