Currently, we are seeking a **Production Engineer (MAIT)** to participate in **thermo\-structural projects** from bid preparation through to customer delivery, with a strong focus on the **manufacturing phase** and its monitoring. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Generate** **estimates** and calculations for **bid preparation**. * **Support** project planning from the standpoint of materials, processes, feasibility, and requirement traceability. * Serve as the **liaison** between **project teams**, **factory personnel**, and **suppliers**. * Provide **technical support** during **manufacturing** for project teams and customers. * **Prepare manufacturing documentation**. * **Monitor production activities** and implement **corrective actions** in response to potential issues. * Prepare **manufacturing** and **inspection plans**. * Engage in **continuous improvement** activities: **process optimization**, review of **technical instructions**, R\+D initiatives, etc. **Knowledge, Experience, and Candidate Profile:** * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent. * A Master’s degree related to mechanics and/or machining processes, materials, industrial organization, etc., is highly desirable. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the responsibilities described, preferably within a production plant in the space sector. * Familiarity with tools for managing production processes (ERPs), project management tools (MS Project), and PLMs. * Experience in manufacturing pressurized systems and two-phase thermal systems is desirable. * Knowledge of machining and welding processes is an advantage. * Proficiency in CAD\-CAM tools is beneficial.
