Your potential is our inspiration. You will join the maintenance team at our Santa Ana (Murcia) plant, a key facility within our manufacturing operations. This team plays a fundamental role in ensuring efficiency, safety, and continuity of our production processes. Where You’ll Make an Impact * Lead reliability engineering efforts directly on the plant floor, improving equipment availability and performance. * Design and implement corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans tailored to manufacturing assets using a CMMS system. * Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions. * Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and extend asset lifespan. * Analyze equipment criticality and develop obsolescence and replacement plans. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all reliability activities. * Lead the multidisciplinary maintenance team by coordinating daily tasks and optimizing work time efficiency. * Supervise site-wide projects, primarily in maintenance and safety areas, focusing on 'operate and maintain' initiatives. What We’re Looking for * Engineering degree (preferably Industrial, Mechanical or similar). * Prior experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. * Experience with CMMS/EAM systems. * Leadership and team management skills. * Analytical skills for RCFA and continuous improvement. * Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. * Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments. * Results-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency.
