We are looking for Commercial Technician profiles. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Promote products from the portfolio. * Visit and provide support to distributors in the region. * Negotiate sales terms. * Visit large-scale farming end customers (70% of time). * Enter requested data into the CRM system and keep it up to date. * Set up field trials in the region with maize and forage varieties, aiming to organize demonstration field days and collect data to contribute to the development of new products together with the R\+D department. * Manage customer accounts to ensure timely collections. * Submit orders to the assigned customer service team and monitor their normal fulfillment. * Handle and resolve customer complaints by completing the complaint form. * Stay informed about market developments: competition, pricing, etc., and report them to the area manager. **We know you’ll do an excellent job, so we’ve designed the following benefits for you:** * Flexible working hours. * The opportunity to join a highly specialized, multidisciplinary team. * Competitive salary aligned with the market. * Additional benefits. Requirements You are the talent we’re looking for if: * You hold a degree in Agricultural Engineering (technical or university level). * You have 2 years of experience **in similar positions**, preferably within the agricultural sector. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Knowledge of **extensive crops (maize and forage crops)** and the agricultural market. * Experience in **interacting with distributors and end customers in the agricultural sector**. * You are a commercially oriented, results-driven individual.
