




Position Summary: Responsible for supervising manufacturing operations—from quality control to import processes—ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise manufacturing operations and quality control. 2. Lead teams and resolve incidents, ensuring quality standards. 3. Act as the liaison with health authorities and optimize processes. This position, offering an indefinite full-time contract based in Madrid, oversees all manufacturing operations—from quality control to on-site import processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include validating batch releases and managing all necessary technical documentation to comply with current regulations, always ensuring traceability. You will serve as the direct liaison with health authorities, handling inspections and audits. The role requires analyzing any failures, proposing process improvements, and ensuring all activities comply with applicable laws. Process workflow optimization is essential to achieve maximum efficiency within a highly demanding industrial environment. The role also entails leading and training teams, resolving incidents, and ensuring maintenance of quality standards. Chemical Engineering or equivalent higher education degree. Minimum 5 years’ experience in positions of responsibility within regulated industrial environments. In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and current technical legislation. Ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
