Implementation of continuous improvement plans Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager \- Water Treatment Specialist **Company Description** ----------------------------- Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its industrial water division, requires hiring a Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager in Huelva for one of our clients’ wastewater treatment plants (WWTP). Key responsibilities include: * **Overseeing operations**: Directing and coordinating all daily plant activities to ensure efficient water treatment. * **Ensuring quality control**: Guaranteeing that treated water complies with regulatory requirements and quality standards set by health and environmental authorities. * **Managing plant personnel**: Supervising, training, and evaluating the plant’s operators and technical staff. * **Planning equipment maintenance**: Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities. * **Monitoring processes**: Supervising operational parameters and making necessary adjustments to treatment processes. * **Ensuring regulatory compliance**: Adhering to environmental, occupational safety, and health regulations. * **Preparing reports and documentation**: Technical reports, operational records, and submissions to competent authorities. * **Managing emergencies**: Responding to emergency situations and implementing contingency plans. * **Implementing continuous improvement plans**: Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and proposing technological improvements.
