Opportunities for professional development and growth. **Production Operator \| Terrassa** **Location**: Terrassa, Barcelona **Department**: Production **Shifts**: 3 rotating shifts between 6:00 and 22:00 **Job Description** At Solenis, we seek a motivated, eager-to-learn, and proactive Production Operator to join our plant team of 8 people. Extensive prior experience is not required: we value commitment, learning ability, and teamwork. We offer internal training on chemical plant production processes and safe handling of products. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute production processes following internal procedures. * Operate and monitor auxiliary services: steam, air, water, nitrogen, and refrigeration. * Manage receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of products applying FIFO. * Perform loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products, verifying quantity and quality. * Record production and warehouse activities in SAP. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety conditions in the work area. * Actively participate in trainings and comply with safety and quality standards. * Support basic maintenance and internal logistics tasks. **Requirements** * Vocational training or equivalent experience in chemical plant production environments. * Forklift operator license and experience (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of Office applications and the Internet. * Learning ability, initiative, and positive attitude. * Teamwork and strong communication skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts (6:00 – 22:00\). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as a boiler operator. * Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical maintenance. * English language proficiency at a basic level. **What We Offer** * Continuous training in production processes and chemical plant operations. * A collaborative, safe, and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within the plant. **Our Commitment to Diversity** At Solenis, we foster an inclusive culture that values diversity in all its forms.
