Career development plan **PRODUCTION MANAGER** ======================== **About Us** ------------------ At UNDEFASA, we operate an integrated management system based on continuous improvement across all stages of the production process—from conception and design through to distribution and sale of our products. **Job Description** -------------------------- We are seeking a PRODUCTION MANAGER with experience in the L'ALCORA area. The selected candidate will be fully responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the manufacturing process. Their primary objective will be to optimize technical and human resources to meet volume, cost, quality, delivery, and safety targets. **Responsibilities** ------------- * **Planning:** Schedule and sequence manufacturing orders, optimizing production line capacity. * **Technical Supervision:** Monitor grinding, atomization, pressing, glazing, digital inkjet printing, and firing stages. * **Team Management:** Lead, coordinate, and evaluate plant personnel and shift supervisors. * **KPIs and Continuous Improvement:** Analyze productivity indicators (OEE) and apply continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste. * **Maintenance:** Coordinate scheduled shutdowns and troubleshooting with the Maintenance Department. * **Safety and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS):** Ensure strict compliance with on-site safety, health, and environmental regulations. **Requirements** -------------- * **Education:** Technical or Higher Engineering Degree (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical) or Higher Vocational Training in Ceramic Product Development and Manufacturing. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in a similar leadership role within the tile industry. * **Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of current ceramic technology (especially kilns and digital decoration technology) is essential. * **Languages:** Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is a plus. * **Competencies:** Leadership, strong problem-solving ability, results orientation, and resilience. **What We Offer** ---------------- * Stable position in an established company within the sector. * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience (fixed \+ performance-based variable component). * Opportunity to join a solid project using cutting-edge technologies and a structured career development plan. *At UNDEFASA S.A., we embrace equality as a strategic principle of our corporate and human resources policy.* **Details** ------------ Location l'ALCORA\-Castellón Work Schedule PART-TIME SHIFT Working Hours Monday to Friday Salary To be agreed upon Print Share this job posting
