We believe healthy food requires a healthy planet—and this is embodied by our new signature **"One Planet One Health."** We are looking for a **Process Operator**, whose mission is to ensure the proper development of all stages of the production process—from raw material receipt to feeding the packaging lines. **Key responsibilities include:** * Perform assigned sampling and analyses according to defined quality specifications. * Interpret analysis results in compliance with current regulations. * Understand basic CIP principles and perform CIP operations in line with productivity criteria. * Carry out assigned facility preservation tasks (CIL system). * Perform assigned first-level maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing gaskets). * Ensure smooth operation of packaging lines, prioritizing based on operational needs. * Operate process-area facilities in accordance with productivity criteria, including adjustment of machine parameters. * Report detected incidents or non-correctable deviations. About you What are we looking for? * Vocational Training Level II (FP.II) or Medium/Higher Vocational Training (CFGM/CFGS) in fields related to industry, food, chemistry, or laboratory sciences. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * Minimum two years’ prior experience in production environments performing process-related functions. * Basic user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). * SAP knowledge. * Strong observational skills; ability to work effectively in teams; disciplined, methodical, proactive, continuously improvement-oriented, and highly safety- and quality-focused. * Immediate availability. * Forklift operator license and high-place work training.
