If you have at least 5 years of experience under your belt and feel completely at home using tools like **MS Project** and **Primavera**, keep reading — this role is for you! **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** You will be the key piece in project management and control, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include: * Developing, maintaining, and updating detailed project schedules using **MS Project** and **Primavera P6**. We want your timelines to be works of art! * Monitoring activity progress, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget. * Collaborating closely with project, engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure integrated and realistic planning. * Preparing periodic progress reports, earned value analyses, and presentations for management and the client. Let everyone stay informed on how things are progressing! * Managing the project baseline and controlling any changes that may arise. * Actively participating in planning and progress review meetings, contributing your expert insights. * Keeping relevant documentation up to date on platforms such as SharePoint. **What do you need to excel in this position?** * **Experience:** At least 5 years of proven experience as a **PLANNER** or in a similar role, preferably in **Oil \& Gas** or Chemical sector projects. * **Tools:** Absolute proficiency in **MS Project** and **Primavera P6**. Your hand must not tremble when creating or modifying a schedule! * **Other Tools:** Solid experience with Excel (including Pivot Tables — we love them!) and SharePoint. * **Education:** Completion of the 60-hour PRL course and AEQT certification will be considered advantageous. * **Languages:** Not specified, but strong communication skills mean you’re already halfway there! * **Attitude:** Proactivity, attention to detail, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills.
