Description Audal is looking for a shift supervisor for the manufacturing department, providing direct support to the Production Manager. Your challenge will be to **coordinate and supervise manufacturing shifts** on packaging lines, ensuring efficient, safe processes aligned with the highest quality standards. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and control daily production across different shifts. * Coordinate manufacturing teams, ensuring proper allocation of human and technical resources. * Lead and motivate shift personnel: incident management, training, attendance monitoring, and operational support. * Ensure production continuity through smooth communication between shifts and departments. * Guarantee compliance with **GMP standards**, quality requirements, and workplace safety regulations. * Actively participate in the **resolution of technical and operational incidents**, proposing effective solutions. * Promote **continuous improvement**: optimization projects, waste reduction, and increased efficiency. * Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Planning to ensure overall process efficiency. * Prepare follow-up reports and KPI analysis for the Manufacturing Manager. ### **We Offer:** * A dynamic work environment with **advanced technology and continuous improvement processes**. * **Real professional development opportunities** and ongoing training. * Stable contract and competitive conditions based on experience.
