




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to provide support for packaging processes, ensuring their reliability and efficiency through process knowledge, daily support, and project involvement. This objective is achieved through the following tasks and in collaboration with cross\-functional plant process teams: * **Process Knowledge:** The Technical Services Technician must understand the packaging processes for the products under their responsibility. This includes acquiring scientific knowledge of the process and general understanding of the operation of equipment and systems involved, as well as understanding their risks (current and potential) to prevent them and ensure safe execution. * **Daily Operations Support**: + Monitor processes to ensure they remain in control and capable, and document findings in periodic assessments. + Determine root causes of deviations and complaints, and implement corrective actions. + Control and monitor process changes. + Continuously improve process reliability and effectiveness. + Maintain production and cleaning processes in a validated state. * **Plant Project Support:** + Document process impact associated with plant projects. + Design and implement changes to the electronic system used as a guide for the packaging process (Electronic Ticket). **Education Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field) or Chemical Engineering. **Language Requirements:** Fluent spoken and written English (C1\). **Personal Attributes:** * Curiosity, proactivity, and flexibility * Communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills * Documentation and data analysis skills **Work Schedule:** Flexible Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
