All this is supported by a culture committed to innovation, excellence, and, above all, people. **Key responsibilities for this position include:** * Submitting electronic communications via the RED system: registrations, cancellations, contractual changes, maternity leaves, paternity leaves, etc. * Entering IT-related data, sending FDI files, and downloading FIE files. * Performing bulk uploads of payroll variables. * Regularly executing tasks originating from the payroll mailbox. * Processing company certificates for SEPE (Spanish Public Employment Service). * Managing registrations, cancellations, severance payments, and other contractual changes via SuccessFactors Employee Central, followed by complementary actions in SAP HR. * Generating reports using SAP Query. * Preparing payment proposals. * Maintaining up-to-date databases and personnel records for the company. * Other tasks related to payroll process management: employee support, resolving inquiries and incidents, etc. This is a paid internship with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 09:00 to 14:00.
