Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to provide support, training, requirements gathering, and maintenance for management tools in industrial implementation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Our main areas of operation are: water — offering solutions for both urban and industrial management; waste — transforming it into new resources; and energy — improving efficiency while reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description** * Provide support, training, and requirements gathering for implementation projects (primarily in industrial plants nationwide). * Configure, maintain, fine-tune, monitor evolution, and support users of implemented tools. * The tools to be implemented will assist users in maintenance management, procurement, data collection, and logistics tracking. * Develop manuals and support documentation for tools and projects. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial, Civil, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent. * English level B2 (mandatory). * Proficiency in office tools and Google Suite; database knowledge is desirable. * Willingness to travel (approximately 50% of the time). * Valid driver's license. * Strong interpersonal skills, proactivity, ability to manage oneself under pressure, empathy, and active listening. **Additional Information** * Opportunity to join a leading multinational company in the sector. * Permanent contract. * Flexibility and remote work options. * Professional growth within the organization.
