In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new commercial hybrids for various market segments by participating in the coordination and execution of field, greenhouse, laboratory, and data management activities. You will join plant breeding and improvement programs, collaborating in the implementation and evaluation of trials, collection and analysis of data, crop health monitoring, coordination of laboratory analyses, and inventory and seed movement management—all aimed at ensuring reliable, high-quality results that drive innovation in our genetic improvement programs. Main Objective Reporting directly to the Associate Breeder, you will support genetic improvement and varietal development programs through coordination and execution of field, greenhouse, and laboratory activities; seed and trial management; and data collection and analysis—contributing to reliable, high-quality outcomes. Job Description **Your key responsibilities at HMCLAUSE include:** Execute and coordinate field, greenhouse, and laboratory trials within genetic improvement programs. Conduct crop evaluations, data collection, plant selection, and experimental information management. Coordinate sowing, transplanting, pollination, and seed production activities. Manage inventories, laboratory analyses, phytosanitary controls, and seed shipments. Provide support and training to field and greenhouse staff, ensuring correct execution of activities. Contribute to continuous process, tool, and technology improvement, ensuring quality, traceability, and reliability of results. What We Expect From You University degree (or equivalent) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Biology, or related disciplines. 1–2 years of professional experience. **English:** Intermediate–Advanced level (B2).
