If so, you’re in luck—we are currently seeking a BPL TECHNICIAN for one of our companies located in Seville. **Key responsibilities include:** Promoting and integrating a preventive culture across all organizational levels, ensuring compliance with current occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations at all workplaces. Coordinating Corporate Activity Coordination (CAE) with external companies and subcontractors, supervising documentation and authorizations via the CTAIMA platform, and ensuring correct application of preventive measures at the workplace. Investigating occupational accidents and incidents, monitoring the workplace’s accident rate, and managing related communications with the mutual insurance company and public authorities (DELTA system), proposing and implementing corrective and preventive measures. Coordinating activities of the External Prevention Service (SPA), including follow-up on the prevention plan, risk assessments, hygiene measurements, technical reports, and planning of preventive actions. Developing, reviewing, and keeping up-to-date job-specific risk assessments, defining and implementing necessary preventive or corrective measures to ensure a safe working environment. Planning, organizing, and delivering OHS training and information to workers based on risks associated with their positions and identified needs. Managing and supervising the provision, suitability, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), proposing improvements where necessary. Conducting on-site and farm-based preventive follow-ups, verifying compliance with safety procedures, preventive controls, APQ reviews, and other installations or processes subject to legal requirements. Managing and maintaining up-to-date prevention system documentation, both on the group’s corporate platforms (APP Vall Companys) and on corresponding document management systems. Coordinating and managing the Emergency and Self-Protection Plan, analyzing potential emergency situations, and establishing necessary measures regarding first aid, fire-fighting, and evacuation. Managing, together with the maintenance department and factory/farm management, documentation related to legal requirements for facilities, equipment, and machinery. Supervising chemical product management within facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Participating in and advising the Health and Safety Committee, as well as responding to audits, inspections, and requests from the Labour Inspectorate concerning OHS. Coordinating worker health surveillance in collaboration with the medical service (e.g., new hires, periodic examinations, and return-to-work after extended absences), proposing job adaptations when required. Preparing necessary documentation—in coordination with the HR & Legal Department—for managing possible sanctioning procedures arising from non-compliance with safety and health regulations. Analyzing the workplace’s preventive needs and proposing measures, policies, and improvements in OHS to management, contributing to reduced accident rates and improved safety and health conditions. Responding to workers’ preventive-related queries and supporting various organizational departments in implementing safety measures. Complying with—and ensuring compliance with—good practices in Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management during all activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Master’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management (Specializations: Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Psychosociology) **Desirable:** At least 1–2 years of experience performing similar duties. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite).
