Permanent contract effective from 03/09/2026 Job Description At Les Clarisses Hotel Boutique, we are seeking a versatile restaurant server to join our food & beverage team. The selected candidate will primarily participate in the restaurant's dinner services, as well as some lunch services, occasional breakfasts, and events or celebrations. They will also be responsible for preparing, setting up, and clearing service areas, working collaboratively with the head waiter and the rest of the team. We seek an experienced individual with a positive attitude and strong service orientation, who enjoys client interaction and wishes to become part of a growing gastronomic and hospitality project. Training in catering, hospitality, or tourism is valued. * Preferred: Prior experience in restaurant service. Knowledge of wines and gastronomy. Proficiency in English and other languages. Experience in boutique hotels or gastronomic restaurants. Teamwork capability and attention to detail. * Required: Prior experience in restaurant service. Excellent client interaction skills. Responsible, agile, and organized individual. Autonomy and problem-solving ability. Flexibility to adapt to various service requirements. * Mandatory: Demonstrable experience in restaurant service. Fluency in Catalan and Spanish. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to the schedule. Personal vehicle or convenient means of transportation to the workplace. Professional attitude and client-oriented mindset. * Additional requirements: Knowledge of English (particularly valued). Organizational skills and ability to work under service pace. Interest in gastronomy and excellence in client service. Willingness to participate in special events and services.
