The intern will be part of an international team of 30 persons dealing with banqueting, cocktails, room service, lounge bar, pool bar, gala dinners, and gastronomic restaurant. At the end of the internship the student will be able to provide a 5 \- star kitchen service, develop kitchen orders, organize a gastronomic kitchen, create the rota timetable, and accept goods. Duties and responsibilities: • prepare mise en place • provide efficient food service according to the outlet the intern is working at • follow supervisor instructions and learn our "know how" • learn recipes and maintain consistency in production • take care of kitchen tools and materials • participate in daily work alongside other cooks Requirements: • Fluent Spanish or English • strong work ethic and willingness to learn Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine • ability to work independently • ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary team and a gastronomic restaurant • flexibility • proactive and passionate about cooking • no previous work experience required • Candidate must be eligible to obtain a Spanish Visa – NIE in order to perform the work agreement. ### **Requirements** .
