We are looking for a person with a strong service orientation to join our team at an ice cream shop in Barcelona. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that every customer leaves with an exceptional experience, helping maintain a pleasant and efficient environment. You will be responsible for preparing various coffees and beverages, guaranteeing speed and quality. You will also handle general cleaning and organization of the premises, including tables, tableware, and utensils, to ensure everything remains immaculate. It is important that you interact with customers in a friendly and effective manner, paying special attention to those visiting from outside the area. We value initiative, organization, and enthusiasm for learning about the hospitality industry. Knowledge of foreign languages—especially English—will be an advantage for connecting with our clientele. Previous experience in hospitality or cafés is desirable. Fluent English level (basic conversation and order taking). Proactive, organized, and self-motivated individual. Completion of a Medium-Level Vocational Training Program will be considered a plus. Residence near the workplace is preferred.
