We are looking for a **Financial Controller** to lead budgeting, financial reporting, and profitability analysis at Freshly, acting as a key business partner for both the business units and the CFO in strategic decision-making. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Lead the annual budgeting process (BP) and quarterly forecasting, coordinating with business areas (E-commerce, B2B/Key Accounts, Retail, Marketplaces) and markets (Iberia, Italy) * Design and maintain management financial reporting: P&L by channel, market, category, and key customer; CM1/CM2/CM3 margin analysis; and operational and financial KPIs * Prepare and present monthly reporting to the Executive Committee, internal teams, and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, investors) * Act as a business partner to business areas, providing analytical support for pricing, channel, portfolio, marketing investment, and geographic expansion decisions * Drive automation of the analytical model and implementation of BI tools (Power BI, Looker or similar) * Identify levers to improve EBITDA and margins, with validated impact on results * Support the CFO in strategic operations (refinancing, equity processes, M&A, due diligences) * Coordinate with Finance & Tax Accountant and Treasury Analyst to ensure a single source of truth for financial data **What will set you apart?** * Proven experience in budgeting (BP), rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial planning within multi-channel and multi-market business models * Experience designing and leveraging management reporting: P&L by analytical dimensions, margin analysis (CM1/CM2/CM3), and unit economics * Advanced financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools * Knowledge of management accounting and analytical costing according to the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC), with ability to reconcile financial accounting with analytical reporting * Experience reporting to external stakeholders (banks, auditors, investors) and familiarity with financial covenants, credit ratios, and bank debt structures **Especially valued:** * Prior experience in consumer goods (cosmetics, beauty, retail or similar) * Experience in companies backed by financial investors or private equity funds (banking, auditing, equity processes) **What does Freshly offer you in return?** * An **indefinite-term** full-time contract. * **Flexible hybrid remote work model:** We offer a balance between office and remote work, with **three days per week in the office and two optional remote work days**. * Our way of working champions autonomy, accountability, and **flexible working hours**. * We provide all the **facilities, resources, and tools** you need to excel in your role. * **Free private health insurance** for team members, with discounts available for family members. **Want to get to know us better?** * **Visit our website**: https://www.freshlycosmetics.com/es/unete\-freshly\-team * **Follow us on LinkedIn:** https://www.linkedin.com/company/freshlycosmetics If you believe this is your role and the responsibilities described match what you’re seeking, **apply now—we’re excited to meet you!** And if it’s not you—but you know someone who might be a great fit for this new adventure—please share it!
