




Summary: We are looking for a baker to prepare, knead, ferment and bake dough, with responsibilities including supervision, maintenance and team coordination. Highlights: 1. Collaboration and coordination with the production team Bakery located in Alt Penedès needs to fill a baker position. Experience required: 12 months. Professional level: FIRST- OR SECOND-LEVEL JOURNEYMAN. Type of contract: Permanent. Working hours: 5\-11:30 AM, Monday to Sunday, with rotating day off. Salary: €1,780 gross/month x 14 payments. \- Preparation, kneading and fermentation of different types of dough (traditional, specialty, whole grain, etc.). \- Shaping and handling of pieces for baking according to established quality standards. \- Control of the baking process: \- Loading ovens and monitoring baking times and temperatures for each product. \- Ensuring optimal finish of baked goods (color, texture and appearance). \- Supervision of the production process: \- Organizing and planning production according to daily requirements or orders. \- Ensuring timely delivery and product quality. \- Maintenance and cleaning: Maintaining the workspace, machinery and tools used in optimal condition. Participating in cleaning and disinfection tasks. \- Collaboration and coordination with the team: \- Working jointly with other bakers and support staff to ensure efficient production. \- Reporting incidents and improvement proposals to the direct supervisor. * 12 months’ experience.
