Act as the **primary liaison** with Defense agencies, armed forces, government entities, and strategic suppliers. Develop and maintain an up-to-date **project plan** (WBS, schedule, budget, risks, and key stakeholders). Monitor **project progress**, defining control and tracking mechanisms. Manage the **budget**, ensuring accurate cost allocation and deviation control. Lead and coordinate **multidisciplinary teams** (engineering, R\u0026D, logistics, quality, and security). Define roles, responsibilities, and **team communication channels**. Foster a **high-performance culture**, accountability, and regulatory compliance. Efficiently manage **human and material resources** of the project. Coordinate interactions between internal departments and the **Program Office**. Act as the **primary point of contact with the client**. Prepare and present **status reports** to management and the client.
