DESCRIPTION From Grup Montaner, a consultancy specialized in talent acquisition, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager for an automotive sector company located in Barberà del Vallès. **Job Mission** Supervise, coordinate and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring proper management of transfers, labeling and inventories, and guaranteeing efficiency in receiving, storage location and order picking processes, while complying with quality, safety and operational efficiency standards. **Responsibilities** * Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the logistics team. * Organize and assign tasks to the warehouse team (transfers and labeling). * Train, develop and monitor the team under supervision. * Evaluate team performance and implement improvement plans. * Supervise receiving, storage, inventory, picking and dispatch processes. * Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality regulations. * Coordinate with production and receiving teams to optimize the supply chain. * Analyze operational data and propose improvements to optimize costs and efficiency. * Monitor the annual inventory audit. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. * Supervise maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools. * Prepare and report KPIs and management reports to senior management. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract * Full-time working hours * Flexible split shift (approx. 7:30/8:00 AM to 5:00/5:30 PM) * Salary: €35,000–€38,000 gross annually * Location: Barberà del Vallès REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management. * Experience with WMS and ERP systems. * Knowledge of inventory management and safety regulations. **Desirable Qualifications** * Additional training in warehouse management or WMS systems * Experience in logistics process optimization and cost reduction * Experience in industrial environments or high-volume operational settings **Key Competencies** * Leadership and team management * Organization and planning * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement focus * Adaptability to change and ability to work under pressure * Proficiency in digital tools and logistics software
