Description
The position focuses on key tasks within the logistics area, aimed at the continuous maintenance of refrigeration systems. Main responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration equipment and refrigerated maritime containers at a port terminal, ensuring their optimal performance and availability. It is also necessary to diagnose and resolve electrical or mechanical failures related to refrigeration, minimizing downtime to preserve the cold chain of stored products.
Additionally, improving the technical performance of refrigeration installations is expected, by proposing adjustments that enhance energy efficiency and equipment reliability. This role is essential for maintaining daily workflow at the logistics center. A proactive attitude toward resolving unforeseen issues and strong willingness to collaborate as part of a team in a dynamic industrial environment are required.
A medium or higher vocational qualification in Electricity with specialization in refrigeration and heating systems is required. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for job-related travel. At least two years of practical experience in addressing and maintaining refrigeration installations will be considered a strong asset.
