Your Main Responsibilities As a Quality Inspector, your mission will be to supervise and guarantee strict compliance with all standards through the following tasks: Receiving inspection: Verify that suppliers comply with product technical specifications, Carrefour Group quality criteria, and applicable legislation to approve or reject incoming goods. Logistics audit: Ensure logistics and transport operators comply with legislation, Group policies, and established work criteria. Stock and commercial inspection: Verify product quality both in stock and in its commercial presentation. Traceability and analysis: Conduct traceability exercises with suppliers and collect samples for analysis plans. Product studies: Carry out studies on content, weight, presentation, shelf life, among others. Document management: Document all inspections, studies, and sample collections performed. Continuous improvement: Actively collaborate with the Platform Quality Manager in developing improvements to processes, products, documentation, and store services. Education: Medium-level studies, vocational training (FP), or equivalent qualifications are valued, preferably oriented toward Food Industry Processes and Quality.
