Therefore, we are selecting a **PURCHASING TECHNICIAN** in Totana (Murcia) for one of our agri-food sector client companies. We seek to incorporate a professional responsible for managing daily purchase orders, monitoring suppliers, and coordinating the procurement necessary for the company's production activities, under the direct supervision of the Purchasing Manager. **Your mission:** Your primary objective will be to efficiently manage daily purchasing and procurement operations, ensuring that requested materials, products, and services arrive in the agreed-upon quantity, quality, cost, and timeframe. **Your responsibilities:** * Request, compare, and process purchase quotations and orders. * Monitor order status, deliveries, and deadlines. * Keep supplier prices, rates, and data up to date. * Monitor procurement requirements and stock levels. * Handle incidents, returns, restocking, and complaints. * Collect and update technical and quality documentation provided by suppliers. * Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. * Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Purchasing Department. **What we expect from you:** * No prior experience required. * Minimum education in Administration, Administrative Management, Commerce, Logistics, or related fields. * Basic proficiency in office software tools. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. * We seek a candidate interested in training and professional development within the company. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Opportunity to join an established company in the sector.
