Therefore, we are selecting a **PURCHASING MANAGER** in Totana (Murcia) for one of our client companies in the agri-food sector. We seek to hire a professional who will lead the company's procurement strategy, ensure the availability of materials, products, and services, and contribute to improving costs, quality, and reliability across our supply chain. **Your mission:** Your primary objective will be to define, develop, and implement the company's purchasing strategy, ensuring the supply of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, containers, auxiliary materials, and services under appropriate conditions of quality, cost, delivery time, and food safety. **Your responsibilities:** * Define and implement the purchasing and procurement strategy. * Negotiate prices, contracts, delivery terms, and conditions with suppliers. * Identify, select, qualify, and evaluate suppliers. * Ensure the supply of raw materials, packaging, materials, and services. * Monitor costs, budgets, stock levels, and savings targets. * Coordinate purchasing activities with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Administration. * Manage supply-related incidents and risks. * Supervise and organize the Purchasing team's work. **What we expect from you:** * Minimum of 2\-3 years' experience in Purchasing or Procurement departments.
