Work in a collaborative environment with professionals to grow JOB DESCRIPTION Rointe is a leading company in low-consumption electric heating, committed to providing advanced, energy-efficient electric heating and domestic hot water solutions in both national and international markets. From our Operations Department, we are currently seeking a highly qualified **Production Planner** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Manage **end-to-end production planning**, ensuring availability of necessary personnel to meet production targets. * Maintain continuous coordination with the **Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics** departments, ensuring planning alignment with the company’s actual needs. * Use **SAP and Excel** as primary planning tools and collaborate on **MRP** implementation and optimization. * Analyze, prepare, and adapt information related to planning, workload, and operational requirements. * Promote the creation, monitoring, and analysis of **KPIs** related to productive efficiency, on-time delivery, and resource optimization. * Prepare periodic reports (weekly and monthly) on production status, deviations, and forecasts. * Ensure effective communication with involved teams and support operational decision-making. * Support the department in cross-functional projects related to continuous improvement and process optimization. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** -------------- * Relevant education: **Industrial Engineering / Industrial Organization, Business Administration & Management / Logistics, or Higher Vocational Training in Production / Supply Chain**. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in production planning within an industrial environment. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and **Power BI**. * Key competencies: **organization, analytical thinking, holistic vision, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail**. * Ability to work effectively in teams within a dynamic environment, meeting deadlines and following established processes. **What We Offer?** ---------------------- * **Permanent contract**. * Working hours: **Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00 and Fri 08:00–14:00**. * Work modality: **On-site**. * Opportunity to join a multinational market-leading company with strong growth prospects. * Work in a collaborative environment surrounded by professionals who will support your growth and development.
