Key Responsibilities* Size and optimize industrial packaging solutions. * Analyze logistics flows and propose performance improvements. * Define and implement packaging processes. * Coordinate with logistics, production, and quality teams. * Implement work standards and tools. * Support industrial and transformation projects. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. * Define process roadmaps. * Lead strategic optimization initiatives. * Exercise high autonomy in decision-making. ✅Requirements for this position:* Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Operations, Logistics, or related field). * Industrial experience (automotive industry experience is a plus). * Knowledge of logistics and supply chain. * Analytical skills and continuous improvement orientation. * Proficiency in Excel and Office tools. * Advanced level of English.
