REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within logistics or production environments. * Ability to work effectively in teams. * Initiative, motivation, strong communication skills, as well as flexibility, problem-solving ability, and planning capability. * Experience in personnel management and customer service * Leadership capability, knowledge of Lean principles and the 5S methodology * Familiarity with customs legislation is desirable * Knowledge of WMS systems (Infolog, Manhattan, Libra, etc.) * Support in maintaining a positive work environment and collaboration * Personal vehicle * Immediate availability
