We are expanding our team and require a MULTITECHNICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN LEVEL 1 for our mobile unit, traveling to various sites using a company vehicle (Valencia area). RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and respond to incidents concerning integrated installations, according to the schedule established by your direct supervisor. Repair, maintain, and replace equipment and components in installations, ensuring quality and safety standards to guarantee proper operational conditions. Locate and diagnose malfunctions in equipment and installation components, applying established procedures. Interpret technical schematics. Carry out tasks according to specifications and schedules set by your direct supervisor; monitor materials used. REQUIREMENTS: 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) certificate. Mandatory Class B driver’s license and availability for travel. Training in HVAC, electricity, or related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Level 1 Technician performing preventive/corrective maintenance on building HVAC systems. Responsible individual with strong work motivation and customer-oriented attitude. Availability for on-call and on-site duty shifts, if required.
