As a Logistics Administrator, you will ensure the timely and accurate movement of materials within the facility. Your responsibilities will include packaging, shipping, and receiving and distributing materials. Key Responsibilities:* Provide administrative support to the logistics department * Review orders to be placed * Prepare internal verification \& WO * Close internal verification \& WO * Receive inventorable and non-inventorable materials * Manage stock (Material packaging, consumables, etc) * Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness * File documentation * Manage returns to suppliers Required Experience, Education, and Competencies* Vocational training in logistics or warehouse management * 1\-2 years of experience in a logistics or similar role * Permanent contract * Willingness to work as part of a team * Basic planning knowledge * Strong written and oral communication skills Novanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
