We are seeking a Logistics Director to oversee the entire supply chain and distribution processes. Key responsibilities include managing procurement, optimizing inventory, and controlling physical and digital distribution. Strategies are developed to improve efficiency across all work centers, ensuring procedures are standardized and aligned with medium-term objectives. This involves defining implementation phases, allocating resources, and establishing key performance indicators to measure the success of initiatives. The role also requires coordination with various network locations through regular visits to supervise distribution and audit working methods. Another critical responsibility is redefining stock movements between warehouses, managing the vehicle fleet, and overseeing facility maintenance or modifications. Direct collaboration with senior management is required to evaluate and approve budgets, maximizing profitability while distinguishing between organizational improvements and those requiring investment. Additionally, the role acts as a change agent, guiding teams in adopting new processes, identifying training needs, designing training plans, and participating in workforce restructuring when necessary. The ultimate goal is to ensure a smooth logistics flow, reduce operational costs, and improve customer satisfaction through efficient and timely distribution. Full-time temporary contract in Málaga. A higher education degree or equivalent is required, along with demonstrable experience of seven to ten years in a logistics leadership role. Strong leadership skills and robust decision-making capabilities in dynamic and complex environments are essential. Experience in project management, process optimization, and implementation of warehouse management tools will be highly valued.
