ACCOUNT MANAGER – INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT **Junior Freight Forwarding (JFF)**, a company specializing in **international transport, logistics, and customs management**, is seeking to hire an **Account Manager** to join our team in Madrid. What will be your role? The selected candidate will be responsible for the **direct management and monitoring of a portfolio of clients**, acting as the liaison between clients and the company’s various departments. Key responsibilities include: * Direct client management and support. * Monitoring international transport and logistics operations. * Coordination with customs, transport, and warehouse departments. * Preparation and monitoring of quotations and budgets. * Tracking shipments and resolving incidents. * Communication with suppliers, agents, and international partners. * Identifying new client needs and commercial opportunities within the client portfolio. * Updating and tracking client and operational information in management systems. * Maintaining smooth and professional communication with clients, offering prompt and effective solutions. What are we looking for? * Prior experience in **international transport, logistics, freight forwarding, or foreign trade**. * Experience in **client management and support**. * Experience in **customs procedures and import/export operations** will be especially valued. * Proficiency with IT tools and management software. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously. * A proactive, responsible individual with a client-oriented mindset. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * **English proficiency** and experience working with international clients or suppliers will be valued.
