Carry out the established analytical plan, both in internal and external laboratories, ensuring timely communication of data within the designated system. Perform requested tests—including intercalibration circuits, wheat and flour samples, and laboratory tests requested by the Technical Department—and report results as specified. Conduct organoleptic water quality control and record related data. Validate finished products and ingredients prior to release. Report any issues arising from performed tests to the Technical Department. Participate in client communications regarding quality, food safety, and incidents. Other duties inherent to the position. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? **Education:** Basic (EGB or ESO) or equivalent **Desirable:** Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Laboratory, Quality, or similar field Additional training relevant to the position will be viewed favorably.
