We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team in Getafe. You will be responsible for managing the entire textile customization process for workwear—from start to finish—combining creative design tasks with technical production and in-house screen printing. Key responsibilities: Design and pre-press: Logo creation, photomontage on garments, and preparation/transfer of final artwork to the printer. Workshop preparation: Generation and output of film positives for screen printing and textile vinyl cutting. Production: Garment printing and heat-setting using thermal presses. Local logistics: Coordination of garment deliveries and pickups at partner workshops in the area. Requirements: Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (mandatory). Proven prior experience in textile garment printing. Valid driving license (Class B). Residence in Getafe or neighboring municipalities is desirable. We offer: Contract: Full-time employment. Standard working hours: Monday–Thursday, 09:00–14:30 and 15:30–18:00; Friday, continuous shift from 09:00–14:00. Summer schedule (July and August): Intensive shift from 08:00–15:00. Salary: As per the sector’s Collective Bargaining Agreement. A positive work environment and integration into a stable project.
