Description
The position focuses on the safe and efficient handling of materials within the warehouse and production area, using counterbalanced forklifts and clamp trucks. The individual will play a key role in maintaining continuous material flow, ensuring production lines are adequately supplied and finished products are stored correctly. This role demands a high degree of organization and responsibility, as it directly impacts the plant's operational efficiency. This is a temporary contract.
In addition to physical handling, administrative tasks related to stock movement will be performed, such as preparing delivery notes and using basic computer systems to record incoming and outgoing goods. Constant attention to safety procedures for machinery operation and accident prevention is essential. The work takes place in a dynamic environment where accuracy and punctuality are fundamental values.
Integration into the Logistics and Packaging team involves close collaboration to optimize storage space and meet internal deadlines. The operator must adapt to fluctuating production demands, prioritizing tasks according to current needs. This position allows application of technical skills and development of a comprehensive understanding of the logistics process—from raw material receipt to final product storage.
At least five years of demonstrable experience in similar roles involving forklift operation and warehouse management is required. A valid and up-to-date forklift operator license is mandatory, certifying training in safe machinery operation. The candidate must possess user-level Excel knowledge for creating basic lists and handling simple spreadsheets. Immediate availability to start the position is highly valued.
