Focus on continuous improvement and problem solving **Everything you're looking for—and more** Reporting to the Ops Manager, you will coordinate warehouse activities from package receipt through to delivery. Lead a team by organizing various operations including receiving, registration, control, sorting, and shipping of packages, while ensuring optimal productivity and quality. Comply with, and ensure your team complies with, instructions and directives previously issued by the Operations Manager. **Responsibilities and duties of Floor Supervisor:** * Comprehensive management and control of work teams: organize tasks, develop team skills, ensure a positive working environment, and monitor attendance. * Analysis of KPIs focused on production and cost. * Reporting incidents and operational failures. * Resolution of anomalies. * Ensuring proper application of procedures. * Safety and occupational health & safety (PRL) control within the warehouse during the shift. * Guaranteeing safety of goods and personnel present in the warehouse. * Integration and training of multidisciplinary teams. * Coordination of scheduled transport lines to meet planned timelines. * Document management and control. * Direct contact with other depots and departments to resolve urgent needs. * Execute all the above in accordance with instructions and directives issued by the Ops Manager. **Objectives of Floor Supervisor:** * 360-degree control of production operations in the warehouse. * Compliance with established quality and production standards. * Ensuring team safety. * Professional development of the staff under supervision. **Skills of Floor Supervisor:** * Team management. * Organizational ability. * Proactivity. * Communication skills. * Team development. * Problem-solving ability. * Rigor, dynamism, and autonomy. **Experience Level:** * Preferably 3\-4 years in a similar role. * Analytical skills and ability to integrate new logistics processes. **Qualifications:** * Vocational training (valuable but not mandatory) * Valuable: data analysis and English language proficiency. **What We Offer:** Language learning platform to support your growth Well-being program Flexible working hours Online continuous learning platform Competitive salary Flexible compensation tailored to your needs **Why Join Us?** Because here we don’t settle—we go further and multiply impact (**10X Attitude**).
