The primary objective will be to ensure that logistics activities run with maximum efficiency and smoothness. Your responsibilities will include continuous supervision of our vehicle fleet, using GPS tracking systems to ensure compliance with established routes and schedules. Your intervention will be critical to keeping operations running smoothly and responding rapidly to any unforeseen situations. Your role will involve incident management, addressing immediately any disruptions such as vehicle breakdowns or delays. You must minimize the impact of these events on our customers and supply chain. You will also provide direct support to drivers, serving as their point of contact to resolve questions or deliver important information while they are on duty. It will be essential that you can make agile and effective decisions to implement operational adjustments in real time—such as relocating vehicles or modifying routes—in response to unforeseen events. Additionally, you will act as the communicative link between the operations and maintenance departments, effectively coordinating vehicle repair and maintenance management. Prior experience in fast-paced environments requiring quick response and adaptability will be valued. Higher education degree in Logistics and Transport or Business Administration and Management. A Higher Vocational Training Cycle will be considered an advantage. Minimum three years’ demonstrable experience in the transportation or logistics sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy in making operational decisions, and familiarity with dynamic, high-pressure work environments. Ability to execute and monitor daily operations, with a focus on efficiency and rapid response to unforeseen events.
